Glenn Austen is your musculoskeletal specialist that understands the biomechanical cause to your pain and or injury, and is passionate about educating you to take control and truly free yourself from pain and or injury. He is also a Personal trainer with the same philosophy, Glenn focuses on teaching you a method of exercising your body that works specifically to achieve your goals.
It doesn't matter what type of lifestyle you have, or any other potential restrictions you have, Glenn will work with you to achieve the best programme that ensures you get the results you are after, with no compromise in quality.
It is important to mention that exercise is only beneficial once the body has been restored to a level that will allow the body to function in the desirable way, there is no benefit to just doing exercises alone in an attempt to correct your own pain and or injury, all you will do is reinforce bad biomechanical patterns that have been present in a dysfunctional body to start with.
This is why exercise is the final process in truly fixing your pain and or injury, once your therapist has cleaned the slate, you are now ready to implement a specific training programme.
Glenn understands that the only way to get results is to be consistent, to achieve consistency you need to have a plan that is tailored to your lifestyle and specific needs and it needs to be enjoyable, When you have this formula in place the results are inevitable.
Glenn works with you you specifically to assess whether you prefer to exercise in a gym, outside, at home, by yourself, with a friend or in a group. Glenn will determine what is important to you whether you are wanting injury prevention, stamina, strength, power, flexibility, coordination, core strength or a specific combination of any of the above. Once you have a specific plan in place and are working towards your goals in the only way to be sure to get results, there will be nothing to hold you back.
